Visitor screening are core responsibilities for our concierge teams & require attention to detail & consistent professionalism. Our concierge ensures that only authorised individuals are granted entry by verifying identification, confirming appointments or permissions, & following established access procedures. Visitors are logged accurately, issued proper credentials, & guided according to site protocols, while any irregularities are addressed promptly & discreetly.

Customer Service

Our concierge team delivers a safe, welcoming, & professional environment while remaining vigilant at all times. They serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors courteously, providing clear directions or assistance, & addressing concerns with calm confidence & discretion. By actively listening, communicating respectfully, & responding promptly to requests or incidents, the concierge builds trust & reassures occupants & guests.

Conflict Resolution

Every Synergy concierge officer receives comprehensive training in de-escalation & conflict management, including techniques from our in-house Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) programme. This ensures they can handle challenging interactions calmly & effectively whether diffusing tensions with distressed visitors or managing sensitive situations involving staff or contractors. Our approach prioritises empathy, communication, & non confrontational resolution, maintaining a secure & positive environment for all building occupants.

Emergency Response

Emergency & first response are vital responsibilities in our trained concierge teams, requiring calm judgment & swift action under pressure. Our teams are often the first to respond to incidents such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, security breaches, or evacuations, following established emergency procedures & protocols. By assessing situations quickly, providing basic first aid when trained, & coordinating with emergency services, the concierge helps minimize risk & ensure the safety of staff, visitors & guests. Clear communication, accurate reporting & a composed presence are essential in managing emergencies.

Training & Certification

Synergy offers a detailed and robust training program to develop and enhance our teams of concierge professionals. Each officer completes our bespoke hospitality and security excellence program. The program is a blend of modules including safety, security, communication, etiquette and brand awareness and empowers our teams to integrate themselves into our clients environments
